Spearmint Essential Oil is refreshing and stimulating, used to promote blood flow and cool the skin. Vanilla is soothing and calming, working well with the Oatmeal and Coconut Oil to nourish and rejuvenate the skin. The Salt is to help draw out toxins and purify energy working in tandem with the Gem Essence of Citrine on Elestial Quartz with Black Tourmaline. Black Tourmaline is used to ground energy and absorb negativity; Citrine transmutes negativity and Elestial Quartz amplifies high quality vibrational energy promoting feelings of calm and wellness.

Directions: Wet your feet and lower legs in a tub of tepid water and rub a small amount (approx. a half teaspoon) onto each foot. Work the blend up the calf in long, downward strokes, massaging the lower leg towards the foot. With fingertips, make small circular motions around the ankle and foot. Using your knuckles on the sole of the foot in firm circular motions stimulates energy flow and releases toxins. Repeat on the other leg and foot. Rinse off with tepid water and pat dry.'
