If you could have 5 steps to 'good health' what would they be?

In the space of a decade or so I have been able to completely turn my health around so that now I enjoy good health every day and rarely become overburdened or sick.

How did I do this?! Here are my 5 steps to Good Health from my personal experience:

1. Become ...Observant -
I started to ask questions about everything, quietly and sometimes loudly too. I observed my reactions, my actions, my intake and what I was offering the world too. I observed how my world changed as I changed. Becoming observant enabled me to 'see' clearly.

2. Become Pro-active -
I stopped asking other people to 'fix me' or to believe that any pill or 'thing' was going to 'fix' the way I felt. I know now that by putting into practice the experiments of behaviour and changing what I consumed on a daily basis encouraged my Body, Mind and Spirit to heal all by itself. YOU are the most capable person able to help YOU now!

3. Calm your Energy Body -
We hear a lot about how fast life is now, how our obligations seem to be tenfold what they were, how we are burdened by responsibility of modern day life. Our energy body is vibrating at an alarming frequency and most people aren't aware of its existence let alone how to calm it and benefit from peaceful 'vibes'. Taking time to find the centre of your energy body, located approximately at your diaphragm, can quickly ease tension and allow for a smoother flow of energy which ultimately leads to better health in Mind, Body and Spirit. Being conscious of your energy flow and energy levels brings immense amounts of knowledge and control your way.

4. Accept Help -
The biggy for me was to even ASK for help. Real help. Not a pill, not a thing, but real help like a hug, like a short private talk with someone I could trust, like time to be alone. These things help humans. Accepting help in a Divine sense also encouraged connections with the Magic in life. Its essential to keep that connection with wonder that we had as a child, it keeps us young :)

5. Practice -
Yep, simple hey! Practice may not 'make perfect', but practice encourages good habits. Practice brings rewards in knowledge. Practice is not about 'failing' and repeating, but more about finding and acknowledging new information. When you practice a way of life you move onwards in a beautiful journey.

Wishing you future fantastic Health!
