Affirmations for a balanced Mind
I use affirmations to help me set up a vibe for the day or week or month. Some of them I'll use each and every day, others I'll keep for when I feel unbalanced and off-course. During January I am compiling a few of the affirmations I'm using and popping them into a file I've named 'Affirmations for a balanced Mind'. In time I will make it available as an ebook for you to download and use at will. I'm intending to put them as a file on my phone so I can access inspiration at my fingertips wherever I am, but you might like to save them as a screensaver so that it rolls across your computer when you have a little downtime.
Here are a couple that I've make up into posters already. They are formulated from the message of the day I am receiving while I wake up and perhaps meditate or contemplate the day ahead, or the situation at the time.

Tuning into Love 030 - Holistic Therapies WORK! *for* you
How am I getting through this?
Firstly I know its because I have good support, and that I know when to stop, take a moment to contemplate, and retrieve a semblance of perspective to re-align and move back to a balance point. Without this 'learned behaviour' I don't think I'd have such clarity right now.
The other things are:
Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy (as often as I could, whenever, wherever)
Calm Me Aromatherapy Blend (on the wrists and temple pulse points....bliss)
Deep Green alkaliser and In-Liven superfood probiotic (stress heavily depletes the body of vital nutrients and an appetite too...these have been my 'food' for the last few days)
Meditation
Barefoot walking on the grass
Hugging my children and my partner
There's been moments of overwhelm, the tears have flowed and the Mind has traveled to places that aren't pleasant, but I've come back. I trust that we 'know' when things aren't right, and through all of this turmoil I know that I'm doing all the right things, that I am Divinely Loved and that all I need do is ask for assistance and it is given. So I've asked, and thanked, and loved and adored my Divine guides and helpers and all things are working out Perfectly.

I'm now looking forward to helping my Dad in recovery and rehabilitation from his operation and the weeks he has spent being immobile. This I too trust will work through in Perfect Timing for him and for us too.
Bright Blessings for Beautiful Awareness

Are you 'too Yang' for your own good?
Twice?
or twice a day?
The last answer would be the most beneficial of course, but the reality of life now is that it takes commitment to achieve pure quiet and stillness within twice a day.
Being completely 'active' all the time is a Yang thing. It leads to imbalance because we always need Yin to compliment Yang in order to achieve harmony and good health.
Yang means things that are loud, fast, hot, explosive, bright etc...like traffic at peak hour! and we all know how stressful that is...however you may not be aware that it has a lot to do with the positive ions (the electrical charge of an object) that are created by the movement of these big metallic cars, the electrical systems, lights etc, and that the cars are moving over a bitumen or ashphalt surface, which cuts off beneficial Earth Energy from rising to meet the Yang energy. So if you spend a lot of time in a vehicle, you are cut off from this beneficial frequency...
Earth Energy IS Yin Energy. It is the negative ions of our planet, and negative ions are very good for Humans! Yin Energy rises up to meet the Yang Energy descending from our Universe/Galaxy, and when they meet, they make another kind of Chi/Energy.
To truly benefit from 'quiet time' each day, you should attempt to sit on the ground outside, the grassy spot you love, or the rock that's comfortable. Stay barefoot (or just wear socks that can be washed if its cold) and sit on a folded up rug instead of anything rubbery that would effectually insulate you from the rising Earth Energy vibration.
Taking the time to contemplate or meditate outside brings relief from stress, pain and discomfort. And it doesn't matter if you can't sit up, just lay down on a cotton mat or jute rug, and splat for as long as you can :) Recent studies have shown that Earth Energy can alleviate inflammation caused by injuries and disease, and it can bring balance to the energetic systems of the body (our Meridians or Nadi) It can be used as a kind of 'energy maintenance', and the effects will resonate through your Life Experiences.
On the grass in your backyard or a park nearby
At the beach (yes! you can do a barefoot walking meditation, of course!)
Near a running stream or waterfall
In a Salt Bath

Allow your Meditations to come to you.

Forcing meditative time is like asking a two year old to wash up. Its futile, frustrating and without real belief that it will actually work at all...
Meditation is like a gift from Spirit to your Body, Mind and Heart. Its a cleansing light that can shine throughout your energy cha...nnels (nadi or meridians), bringing Peace and Clarity about anything YOU focus on.
Combining a meditation with the Bagua of Feng Shui theory can be a useful exercise. Each direction is given an association with a Life Aspect, eg: North is Career & Life Purpose, so to meditate upon 'what you really want to do in Life' you may choose to face North and invite in the natural energy of that direction.
Health issues? Look to your East and the Centre of your home. Clear up and fix up if necessary, then sit and contemplate the pathway you have taken to manifest the health issue you have...
Meditation does not mean you're sitting in the Lotus position burning incense (although that is quite nice to do....) or laying down with oil on your pulse points and a soft mantra playing (although that is also quite nice to do....). All you need to do is find a quiet spot, sit comfortably and look around peacefully. The thoughts will come to you, and if it is time, the Meditation will come too.
Many people who don't Meditate find that quiet contemplation in a favourite spot does exactly the same thing. And really, that's all you are really trying to accomplish. A quietness for your Spirit to speak and send this beautiful gift to you :)
I offer a Meditation Discovery consult that can be a personal appointment or a group 'workshop' organised for you and a few friends. If you'd like to find out more you can contact me via my website link.

Mantra - The Ulitmate Energy Signature

Mantras and Affirmations have become so second nature to me now, that if I am ever stressed, under pressure, tired, or overtly challenged by something I immediately find my brain issuing a phrase to assist or counteract the current situation. I choose to call this keeping a maintenance of my Mind, much like I would do my house and possessions. It is Feng Shui for the Mind!
Using Energy Signatures ™ I can instil the vibration of the Mantra with other forms of vibrational energy to really aide a quick and efficient change in the way I think. Even if the situation is quite challenging, and even if the process of the Mantra + Energy Signatures takes a few days or a week, I know now that this method works, and I persevere until I feel the energy change for the better.
So how do I use Mantra with Energy Signatures?
Easy. Mantras to me have always felt like Blessings, and indeed, most Mantras are a form of Blessing, so I have connected easily to Mantras in other languages because I have understood the general vibration to be ‘hopeful’, ‘assisting’ and Divinely gifted. Taking this vibration, I search through my Mind for memories, or pictures that have a similar or same vibration. Could be an afternoon of cloud watching last year, or when I was a child. Could be a painting I loved, or a book I got completely obsessed with. Could be a crystal I have in front of me, or an essential oil, or a flower in the garden….any number of things may assist you in finding the similar vibration to the Mantra.
Then I literally ‘drink in’ those vibrations as I repeat the Mantra. I can use a visualisation technique and literally ’place’ these other thought forms into my energy field or aura. It is a gentle way of beginning any meditation and I find that it works even when I feel that nothing will bring my ‘fizzing energy’ to a state of Balance!
Use language that means something to you
It may be that Mantra in Sanskrit, Tibetan, or another language can’t resonate with you because you simply don’t understand it, and for that reason I do recommend you start with simple Blessings or statements of Gratitude in your own language so that it really means something to you personally. There are several words that seem to be more potent than others. Here are some tips:
Use the word ‘now’ to make your Mind sit up and take notice.
Peace, Infinite, Love, Blessing, Heaven, Perfect, Beautiful and Thankyou are all powerful Mind food words. Weave them into a phrase to assist your Affirmation or Mantra.
Using these powerful words in Sound form can obliterate negative energy in any space.
Writing down your Mantra (or just these powerful words) repeatedly is subtle and effective, and very suitable, for work situations.
Mantras and Affirmations assist us simply by replacing many thoughts with one thought. One focussed intention to assist us in a deeply personal way. This kind of self assistance is a subconscious affirmation of your own Self Love, and can open up a vast resource for your personal use. Embrace the use of Mantras in all aspects of your life, because they really are the ultimate Energy Signature!
Mantra. Why?
Calms
Stabilises thought and energy frequency/vibration
Balances the Heart Chakra
Improves Sleep!
Reduces Stress
Promotes Healing
Increases Recuperative capabilities of the body
Invokes a sense of Peace and Well-Being
Allows expression via thought, speech, song or chant

Improves all Brain functions
Directs awareness
In short, Mantra can save your sanity, improve your health and well-being, and assist you in all levels and aspects of Healing
Essential oil dilutions may assist you in finding a suitable vibration to begin your meditation or just bring your energy to a state of calm and facilitate a move towards Balance.

Getting 'reel' Life
When I feel lost, overwhelmed, disappointed or just plain 'down', I know its time to start 'daydreaming' and get focussed again!
That would seem to be a contradictory thing to do, but for me it achieves great things. As a child, young adult and now as a 30+ woman, I find the therapeutic qualities of daydreaming a potent and pleasing way of existing, and of helping me achieve an existence I want. When we daydream about the things we love, the places we enjoy, and the people we admire, we surround ourselves in those particular resonant vibational energies. They are residual energies, but present none-the-less!
My analogy for daydreaming came to be fishing. I saw that my Mind cast itself outwards, forwards...onwards, over a vast distance towards my wants and loves. Much the same as an angler casting a line to lure a fish on to a hook. Dangling the bait, waiting patiently for all the right moments to twig the line and start reeling and winding. And it never seems to matter how long it takes to the angler. They will stay out, thigh deep in foul weather even, to keep on casting that line to achieve their goal of catching that fish! I have felt that same determined perserverence in Life for all my life. Just 'keep on going' and I will achieve my goal.
So how do I do it?
Start by imagining all the things you love. The places that you find uplifting, the people who inspire you, the things you desire most, and put them within your daydreaming pond. Now, cast your line out towards those things, and see them hooked onto your lure. Wind in that reel of line and land your rewards. Over and over again you can achieve success by winding in your chosen desire.
Casting your line towards a Future you want to 'real in' can also help you achieve more metaphysical and tangible goals too. Winding a reality closer and closer with each thought inevitably means you will 'land' it in time. This is where the power of Mantra can become your most potent tool.
Mantra is literally a 'Mind Protector' in that it enables you to take charge of the chatter, the confusion and distraction, and give yourself a definitive focus. The Mind of a human has been described in some spiritualities as a drunk, insane monkey with its paw bitten by a scorpion. A powerful image! No wonder we are suffering if our Mind is intoxicated, and mad with distractions and pain. With this visual representation aside, the Mantra is only as powerful as the understanding of it by the person using it. Some Mantra in ancient language holds a particular vibrational energy, like all blessings do, of infinite benefit no matter whether we understand it or not, but to be practical, most of us will benefit quickly from a Mantra that we ourselves organise and understand perfectly.
For 'realing in' my beautiful Future, I can use a phrase that suits this vibration easily, such as
"I now reel in my Beautiful Future in Perfect Ways"
Why am I using certain words like 'now', and 'perfect'? These words are very powerful in the Mind, and we choose to 'listen' and take action from certain words....'now' and 'perfect' being just a couple.
In upcoming issues of the Holistic Feng Shui MiniZine, I will be exploring the power of Mantra and 'spoken' word a little more. I hope you will enjoy reading the articles in the future.

Connections - Feb MiniZine

March and April are going to be very busy months for me, and it seems February is going to help me get in touch with the very best methods of Time Management to prepare for the onslaught. I’m really looking forward to getting busy doing Flying Stars Feng Shui Assessments and Reiki Treatments again, after the time away from the consultancy last year, spent mostly with my new baby, and her two siblings, and a husband recovering from illness.
In the hope of helping myself to move through last year, I had to begin with noticing and acknowledging the most wonderful things in my life. I would joke that for Balance’s sake I’d had this ‘textbook water birth’ only to have the rest of my organised life simply crumble in front of me. But things were never really as bad as I was perceiving in the darkest moments. They are called ‘dark moments’ for a reason, and that is because there is no light being shed on the situation. If and when we can in the future look back on those times, it is often the case that we see ‘yes, it was a rough time, but I still had great things in my life’.
That’s also a Star 1 influence. :)

Symbolism - Energy Signatures Therapy
The reason I feel these thought-forms + phrase Energy Signatures work so well is that they are laden with symbology and a visual-sonic vibrational pattern that we are already familiar with. We ‘hear’ those words in our Mind, we ‘see’ those pictures in our Mind; so not only is the Mind fed with beneficial illusion, it is also distracted from the unbeneficial illusion of whatever current problem or issue is keeping one worried or occupied.
Have a go with these ones over the coming months and let me know what kind of results they elicit. I’ll be very interested to hear any feedback J
To assist beautiful sleep or recuperation:
“I am Heavy with Blossoms” picture a bough of a cherry tree covered with light pink blossom
To assist in clearing the Mind:
“My Mind is Clear like a Crystal” picture a clear quartz crystal slowly rotating
To assist with removing troublesome thoughts:
“My thoughts flow like a cool mountain stream” picture water flowing over meadow grass and rocks
To assist in regaining good health:
“My body is repairing” picture the cells with ladders and tools working together (presumably rebuilding the affected part of the body)
Experiment using colours and font styles for your phrases too, as I’ve found this elicits different results as well. Happy Visualising \

Meditation for Insight - What's your Inner Landscape?

Our Inner Landscape can be a metaphor for out emotional and spiritual State of Being. It can contain clues as to how we are travelling, what we are focussing on, or what issues we may need to address. Viewing this inner landscape in a detached, observant third person manner can be extremely beneficial in helping us understand where we are, and why we are feeling the way we are feeling too.
A landscape that is predominantly water may indicate a highly emotional State of Being. This may be a passing phase of life, and you may need to use methods of visualisation meditation to properly navigate this position you find yourself in. If it is a life long landscape that you always have encountered, then perhaps this can indicate to you that an avenue of mastering your emotions to bring about a calmer life may be needed.
Harsh inner landscapes appear when we are feeling oppressed, or have suffered a great deal of physical, psychological or emotional pain. This is an opportunity to offer your Self the visualisation of survival, of progression from this harsh wilderness towards a more pleasant place of existence.
Constantly using our minds to place our Self where we want to be is part of the journey of true and healing progression. Another part is to observe and take conscious notice of what we are teaching ourselves. We have to be able to trust our inner landscape and the messages it sends. We have to learn how to trust our intuition and act upon it beneficially. Humans are extraordinarily adaptive, to the point that some people adapt so well to the harsh landscape that any form of progression from it seems scarier than what they are living in now. This kind of emotional ‘negative gearing’ is so limiting, and ultimately leads to an injury of the Self in some way.
The person who consistently verbalises how tough life is, will usually end up with harsh experiences, yet the one who seemingly breezes through life is the one who has a catch phrase, ‘its alright, I know its all ok’ humming through their innermost thoughts. Their inner landscapes are vastly different.
So what’s your Inner Landscape? Find a quiet spot, a place where you will be undisturbed, and take some deep breaths, letting go of tension in the physical body with each exhalation. Then close your eyes and visualise what you are feeling now as if it was a place you were in, a room, a building, or a landscape. What is there inside you? What does it feel like?
Harsh and rocky, dry, barren, depleted, confronting, unloving?
Or is it soft rolling hills, streams, plants, abundant, caring, supportive and nourishing?
Is it dominated by which element? And what would that mean?
Water = Emotional Instability or Self Study (looking into the depths of one’s Self)
Fire = Passion or Anger
Air/Clouds/Sky = Escapism or Freedom
Earth = Stability or Immobilisation (being weighed down by responsibilities)
Wood = Growth or Confusion (being lost in a ‘forest’ of choices)
Metal = Protective or Imprisoning (needing to stop a kind of behaviour)
Other indications may come in the forms of:
Rocks = Oppression
Boxes and Doorways = Hidden problems/Hidden solutions
Rolling Hills = Contentment/Confidence
Cityscape = Work Commitments/Pleasure Seeking
Beach = Definition between two parts of your Self (this can be dramatic or therapeutic)
Cliffs = Challenges
Roads with Traffic = Obstacles to deal with/Tasks to complete
Roads that are deserted = Choices to be made
And then of course there are the colour correlations to our Chakra points, which can indicate a host of other reasons why our landscapes may be what they are!
The colours Silver or Violet can indicate a need to accept help or find a spiritual avenue for assistance.
Indigo (deepest purple) suggests that the problem is mostly academic, or within the realm of your own perceptions.
Blue has the message that you need to communicate about your feelings to, or with, the person who may be the cause, or the best helper, for your current issues.
Green or Pink or both, centre round issues of the Heart or Heart-Mind. This can indicate a need to connect more fully with those who support and love you. It may also indicate a need to address a past hurt that has not been healed yet.
Yellow or Gold brings a message of happy confidence,… or the complete flipside of debilitating lack of confidence in the Self. Dramatic work needs to be done if it is the latter, as this can be the starting point of much physical ill-health.
Orange is the colour of our ‘one on one’ dealings with other people, be they acquaintances or persons who are we are fairly intimate with. Usually comes up when family issues are taking precedence in our Life Experience.
Red or Black or both, indicate issues with Stability, either an abundance or severe lack. It can translate easily into the physical, so if it is a case of lack of stability, it must be dealt with swiftly to avoid sickness or injury to the lower part of the body.
Observing the Inner Landscape is only part of the deal here. Translating or interpreting what you ‘see’ is important too of course. I hope the above references can help you to understand what you are feeling, and to lead you to a visualisation that incorporates those elements and representations that will benefit your State of Being for the better. Taking time to Be with your Self is important so that we have time and space for the messages to get through to our conscious minds.
The Flower Essence ‘Cerato’ would be beneficial to anyone commencing this kind of self-therapy, as it assists one in trusting the Intuition.
And me? My head’s full of rolling green hills, gurgling streams and a sky filled with clouds all in different shapes and sizes. Guess I’ve got some exploring to do…cool… :)

Affirmation for good health - Is Anger making you sick?
‘Hurt’ can be the irritation, anger, annoyance, or sense of injustice we feel when we expend energy against ‘something’. This resistance to what ‘we want’ culminates in a distortion of our energy field. This distortion can then lead to imbalances. Imbalances lead to illness, sickness, dis-ease in the body.
This does not mean that you just let everything in life slide on by without having opinion, position, and a viewpoint that is uniquely yours. It means you retain all of those choices of freewill, and remove the behaviour that promotes a reaction via your personal viewpoints on any subject.
A good friend, and pensioner, was recently telling me that she was upset she could not get an appointment for the government dentist, and would have to go and line up and wait to receive treatment. Firstly, in Australia, we are very lucky to be able to access free dental care for most people who are on a pension payment. Secondly, as you would assume, this resource is vastly under funded and they do the best they can. What struck me about this particular conversation with my friend was that she had known that the appointment schedule system had been out of date for well over a decade, and she had been complaining to me about it for more than a decade! :) What an amazing waste of energy!
She feels a sense of injustice because she cannot access what she wants straight away. She complains about the number of immigrants/’out of work’ people/single parents etc., that she shares the line with, yet espouses Christian values of goodwill towards all. She becomes visibly tense and openly angry when talking about this subject.
When I view my friend and the health issues she is encountering I see the distortion of her energy body reflected most evidently. When anyone displays (for a good length of time eg: years) processes of thought that are rigid, emotions that are irritated, and a duality of personality, they will culminate in symptoms like stiff joints, sensitive skin and digestion and general imbalances perhaps in the skeletal or muscular systems. This friend of mine is displaying all of the physical symptoms associated with her energy body imbalances.
If one was to take a very easy path to recovery it would be via altering the way one thinks and behaves. This is the simplest path, yet also the most challenging, as it puts all the responsibility for outcome squarely on one’s own shoulders. :) scary thought for most I would assume. There are other paths. A course of Flower Essences, Hypnotherapy, Relaxation Therapy like Reiki, Massage, or gentle exercise regimes like Yoga or Tai Chi. Then there’s always prescription/pharmaceutical medications that can make us happy when we’re sad, pain-free, calm when we are angry, sleepy, disorientated and generally putting up with side-effects that are harmful. But at least the outcome from such paths can be blamed on someone else…as it leaves very little responsibility on the shoulders of the individual. It takes very little conviction to pop a pill in your mouth and swallow.
Some may say I am taking a far too rosey look at the world when I say that I choose not to get involved in argument. I say that I am choosing to have an existence that suits me. It is my reality after all, so I’m going to make it as pleasant as possible! :)
I choose to see the best in everyone
I choose to make my life beautiful
I choose to be in harmony with myself, people I communicate with and my environment
I choose to be grateful for all the good things I am given
I choose to acknowledge my blessings
And in choosing not to dwell on, or rebel against, the more unfortunate happenings in my life, I am reducing or eliminating the potential of resonating those kinds of negative energies into my Life Experience, and that of my children and family.
When something unbeneficial or unforseen/unfortunate occurs I am immediately trying to find the good or the lesson in the happening.
Why did it happen?
Is there an ‘upward view’ to this situation?
Generally, … can I ‘make the best out of a bad situation’?
Honestly, if anyone would have said this to me about 20years ago I probably would have king-hit them. But after the events of the last decade or so, I am unsurprised that this is where my mind has come to rest. This is where my heart lies, in deep peace, in happy harmony. This is where the Being that I am in this Life wants to be.
The best gift you can give yourself, is the gift of inner harmony. This does not come from anyone or anything else.
It comes from within you.
You are the miracle you’ve been hoping for.

Meditation to quieten the inner gossip - How to switch off mental chatter
The two are related of course.
Without mental peace we can rarely enjoy deep, rejuvenating sleep. It’s really that simple. So how do you go about switching off the chatter when you’ve simply tried everything? Well have you tried everything?
See, the common problem with the personality that suffers with internal chatter is that they are compulsive analysers, and inherently feel that they are responsible for everything, even their own internal monologue reinforces their obligation to ‘everything’. This merry-go-round of responsibility sometimes leads to a sense of not wanting to burden anyone with their problems, and so they slip into a state of perpetually showing those around them a very convincing façade, that only slips during the moments of complete ‘cave in’, when their frustrations have piled so high they are unable to keep back the waves of emotion that really, really, really need to crash onto a shore!
You may have a friend like this, who after finally speaking to you about some deep problem (that only needed to be aired to be defused) sighs and clasps their chest saying, ‘Oh I’m so glad I got that out! I’ve been stewing on that for months! Thankyou for listening to me…’. This person is someone who is continually suffering from mental chatter. They will often appear tired all the time, yet have a confoundingly agile brain and be quite academically prudent. This is usually because the very act of researching or studying, being intimately connected to (and to an extent controlled by) a task that has a defined outcome, is a kind of bliss for them. It distracts from the internal mind game for hours at a time and provides relief from the never ending analysing and interrogation.
The outlet for most of us confronted by a phase or bout of mental-merry-go-round, is to seek out our confidant and ‘spill it’. We verbalise our questions, misgivings, ideas and approaches to the problems or situations we are encountering. This open process is extremely healthy, if only to make us feel better, let alone actually discovering that the mountainous problem is really as small as a tussock of grass we could kick over with our left foot.
Yet the person who suffers with the Internal Gossip has the situation where this duality of personality is telling them to keep the ‘secrets’ to themselves. They have an internal dialogue with a very picky ‘friend’ who is always reassuring them that they know best, or that they ought not to burden others with their own stupid worries. The challenge for this kind of person is to take charge of this unwelcome intruder in their mind and set them straight. It would involve them standing up to a part of themselves that they have grown to trust, listen to, and confide in totally. Losing this kind of relationship with your internal self feels like abandonment, but it is the only definitive way to creating a healthy mindset. And it will take time too. It can’t happen quickly because the person has most likely spent years if not their whole lifetime creating this relationship!
Support for your emotions during a time like this is paramount, and you can try several subtle therapies to do this.
A directed meditation of some kind like Yoga Nidra or a Visualisation recording, where you are directed to relax specific areas of the body at specific times (a little distraction method here…), or to imagine specific situations and places at specific times. This ‘teaches’ you to take direction from another source, the pseudo-friend of your meditation instructor, be it a person or a recorded voice.
Walking. Simply the best kind of therapy available. Walking outside in ‘nature’ offers you a chance to be consciously with your internal gossip, in a free and uninhibited space. This internal dialogue is now unable to keep your interest for long because you have other stimuli vying for your attention. There are trees and sky and cloud. Birds flying, or streets to navigate. These things are therapeutic distraction.
‘Earthwalking’ is a kind of therapy that involves tracing your steps in a pattern that repeats until you have come to a state of Peace within. The figure eight, the Infinity Symbol, is a simple and powerful first pattern to attempt this kind of meditation with, and is soothing in shape and participation as well.
Flower Essence Remedies are common the world over, and if you haven’t tried them yet then this may be as good a time as any to investigate their subtle and supportive help. Bach Flower Remedies include the essence of White Chestnut, which is specifically for defusing this internal dialogue situation. Paired with the essence of Star of Bethlehem flower, which provides comfort, these two can lead to the kind of support you will benefit from during the process of dismantling your Internal Gossip. You may also like to ask for the essence of Impatiens, to stop jitters and racing speech, as an extra ‘back-up’ support in the blend.
Aromatherapy - using some heavy duty ‘grounding’ oils from roots and sap. Something like Vetiver, Patchouli, Rosewood and Cedarwood, can instantly calm and send the energy downwards to connect with the Base or Root Chakra. This reconnection to the Root Chakra can defuse the energy surge to the Crown Chakra, where all this mental internalisation is going on. Take the energy away from the area and redirect it. Simple.
The biggest step for anyone who is a chronic analyser is to accept that they are being manipulated by themselves. Some analysers have learnt to speak to their Internal Gossip succinctly and ask that the real issue be presented now, and not to have all the endless talking carried on. They ask that the issue that is behind this situation be revealed quickly without the need for all the extra avenues to be investigated. People like this have found a way to exist with their thought processes in a private and healthy way. If this is not where you can manage to get to though, you will benefit from seeking counselling and accepting help with your internal mental struggle. A new and brighter future filled with a deep internal peace awaits you, so please make the effort to give yourself a break, and use some supportive therapies along the way so you are not having to do this ‘all on your own’.
